we greatly enjoyed staying at osaka hotel live artex. free wi-fi in the rooms was a bonus.
The only thing missing was view.

The fact that the tanimachi 9-chome tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus. We do recommend it as we enjoyed this hotel.
